Shipping and Delivery
Our company works with Yurtiçi Cargo and UPS, Fedex Cargo. Your order will be shipped within working hours on the day you pay or confirm your order.
If you do not want to give your address details, you can specify the nearest Yurtiçi Cargo or Aras Cargo branch and receive your order from Cargo: Write the nearest domestic cargo or UPS cargo details and place an order. Provide a phone number where cargo officials can be reached. (can be mobile phone) When the cargo arrives, receive your cargo from the cargo branch with a phone notification!
• All your orders are sent to you in their original packaging.
• Packages are delivered to the cargo company closed and there is an invoice on the box.
• Delivery is made to you in closed boxes without opening the box, including the cargo and courier company officials.
• Products are written in detail on your invoices.

For overseas purchases, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
Delivery times
Your cargo within Turkey will be delivered to Cargo on the same day or 3-7 working days at the latest as of the day you place your order.
Overseas shopping options include:
EXPRESS 5-7 days
Long Term 1-5 weeks
The delivery time of your order varies according to the region of the province you are in:
• Delivery within 1 day: Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara (and provinces within 600 km of Istanbul).
• Delivery within 2 days: Adana, Antalya, Kayseri, Samsun (and provinces between 600 and 1,000 km from Istanbul).
• Delivery within 3 days: Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Rize, Van (provinces 1000 km or more from Istanbul).
Villages and towns far from cargo centers are not included in the foreseen periods.
